Planalto Farm is situated in a plateau in the rugged South of Minas, creating a flat oasis in this region. The farm encompasses 910 hectares of land with altitudes ranging from 1,097 to 1,188 meters above sea level.

Nearly 300 hectares of coffee at Planalto Farm are fully mechanized, from planting to harvesting. The cultivated coffee varieties include Mundo Novo, Catuaí Red, and Yellow Catuaí. The farm’s coffee production exceeds the national average, with an annual production average of 14,000 bags.

Farm Planalto boasts one of the most modern processing facilities in the country for preparing high-quality cherries for export. The production and processing stages include wet processing lines, extensive drying yards, and re-benefiting equipment for export. The farm’s storage capacity can accommodate up to 15,000 coffee sacks. The coffee containers exported by Planalto are prepared and studied on the farm itself.
